Darrell Crawford, CPBA, CPVA, Managing Partner, has more than twenty years of experience consulting both entrepreneurial and large corporations. He is a certified personal Formula for Success™ coach and is a certified Myers-Briggs® Type Indicator Practitioner, a Personality Behavior and Values analyst applying the DISC assessment tool. He and his team currently have worked with over 150 businesses helping them make better hiring decisions, retain employees, coach managers, and strengthen sales teams.
Prior to founding Vantage, Crawford was a certified coach and board facilitator for The Alternative Board and founded the first TAB Boards in Michigan. He gained advertising and marketing experience with various firms as an account executive and advertising agency president, working on national automotive, retail and packaging accounts. Crawford helped develop the groundwork for two West Michigan advertising agencies and was responsible for directing the acquisition and management of several key accounts. His expertise in developing sales teams for the agencies translated into millions of dollars of sales throughout the more than 15 years he led these organizations.
He has also served as a guest lecturer at Michigan State University and as a conference speaker on subjects relating to marketing and sales, hiring and pre-employment testing. He currently conducts workshops for marketing, sales, Dynamic Communication and Strategic Planning throughout the United States.

Richard Wroten, Managing Partner, specializes in results planning, marketing effectiveness and team-building services to the executive suite of companies, both domestic and international. Richard assists owners and executive managers to accomplish short-term results consistent with company values and long-term priorities. He enjoys "putting the teeth" into the strategic plan – helping to bring about clarity, accountability and substantive progress. While Richard's experience spans a wide range of industries, his emphasis is on the health care, hi-tech and service industries.
In addition to his business advisory, Richard is a highly-sought public speaker on the subjects of leadership, customer service, team effectiveness and life balance. He has facilitated over 100 seminars focused on goal setting, time management, managing through transition and business networking skills. Richard blends practical substance with inspiration and humor to uplift and inform his listeners.
Richard's past experience includes over twenty years in top management with two large public companies and as a partner with an international CPA and consulting firm. In addition, he has owned businesses related to residential & commercial mortgage finance; telecommunications; and, client relationship systems technology. As a result, he brings an innovative, team-building entrepreneurial spirit. In 1983, Richard received a Presidential Commendation for distinguished service during the Reagan Administration.

Genevieve Gandia is from Manila, Philippines and is a self-starter and a trailblazer early on in her career as a young student in the University of the Philippines. She recognizes the value of education as she pursued her business ventures by taking up her Masters in Business Administration from the premier Jesuit university in the Philippines, Ateneo Graduate School of Business. After finishing her masters degree, she was invited to be a faculty of the MBA program teaching Entrepreneurship and Marketing. Her passion in marketing is evident in her active participation as a former Director of the Philippine Marketing Association and Asia Marketing Federation where she earned her Certification in Professional Marketing (CPM). After being engaged as a business owner for over 15 years, she began her marketing consultancy and training career with Hermawan Kartajaya, the Asian Marketing Guru. She later on became a representative for the Institute of Direct Marketing from London, UK for their online Certificate in Digital Marketing in the Philippines and Asia. She is dedicated to the quest for learning and sharing knowledge among her peers, students and colleagues. She recognizes that the borderless business world allows anyone to venture into many globally appealing products and services with the aid of technolgy and the internet. Being technology savvy and passionate for business gave her the qualities to be an effective trainer, facilitator and business coach.
She is engaged in developing markets and organizations in order to deliver superior products and services to customers. She believes that careful planning will ensure the right execution of strategies. Superior selling skills and sincere customer service are qualities that she believes are important in order to get your message accross your target market. Strategic management is essential towards sustainablity and should be aligned with the Vision-Mission of the company/organization. The greatest challenge is translating the Vision-Mission into Objectives and Action Plans that will result in desirable outcomes.
Being affiliated with Vantage equips her with the knowledge and tools that she can bring back to her colleagues and clients back in the Philippines and Asia. She is again trailblazing into the field of talent management and enhancing team performance which are important issues for any type of organizations, any nature of business and any size of organization/ company.
